June Exemplification
The Fourth Degree Exemplification Ceremony within the Archdiocese of Miami, will take place on June 27, 2026. The location will be at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church in Davie, Florida. This special Exemplification will commemorate the 250th Birthday Anniversary of the United States of America. Let us continue to build a legacy of faithful service — united in fraternity, rooted in faith, and proudly patriotic. We encourage you to bring your family, so that they too can be witnesses to this historic patriotic event. This will be a very special Exemplification of the 4th Degree. The Honoree is Most Reverend Thomas Wenski, Archbishop of Miami and the Metropolitan of the Florida Jurisdiction. Also in attendance will be Most Reverend Patrick Pinder, Archbishop of Nassau, Bahamas and many other ranking officials. From the Supreme Council, several representatives will be present including The Supreme Master, Michael McCusker.

INITIATION FEE
Lay Candidates, Deacons and Seminarians....$90.00
(includes lapel pin, banquet, and processing fees)
Priests and members of religious order............$50.00
Banquet fee for family, friends, and observers..$50.00
Each candidate receives one banquet ticket, which is included in his fee. No credit is allowed if the candidate does not attend the banquet. Tickets are not transferable.
All fees must be made through the Faithful Comptroller of your assembly.
DRESS
The official dress for the Fourth Degree Exemplification is a dark suit, long dark necktie, plain white shirt, and black shoes. Religious may wear their clerical garb and members of the armed forces or full-time police, and firefighting officers may wear their respective dress uniforms. Members shall wear official dress plus social baldric, lapel pin and, current jewel of office.
The Honoree is Most Reverend Thomas Wenski, Archbishop of Miami and the Metropolitan of the Florida Jurisdiction.
DEADLINES
All applications for membership for the Fourth Degree and banquet reservations must be received by June 18, 2026.
Councils begin by gathering the application Form 4 from their respective candidates and writing a check to the Financial Secretary of the target assembly.
Assemblies are required to send in a downloaded copy of the registration form (please do not write on the original), degree certificate, signed dress code letter, signed Form 4 (all four copies for each candidate), and check payable to the Master, Robert Urrutia. Forms are available on the Florida State website.
