2026 Organizational Meeting General Information
The 2026 Florida State Council Organizational Meeting will be held June 26-June 26 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel 9939 Universal Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819. District Deputies, Regional Administrators, and State Directors and Chairmen should plan to attend.

If your wife will be attending either the Friday or Saturday Ladies functions, please remember to register them for those events, so that we can get a proper count for the hotel. For District Deputies--please note that you cannot claim per diem for your wife on your expense form unless you have registered her for these Ladies events and they attend. There are on-site facilites available for meals as well as nearby establishments.
Ladies Events: There will be a Ladies Social on Friday evening and a Ladies Lunch on Saturday. Details are forthcoming.
