2026 State Convention Ladies Event Agenda

We are so excited to see everyone this year! Here is some information to help you prepare, as we know the men don’t always relay the information we need. 

First and foremost- please make sure your husband has signed you up for our luncheon on Saturday, which will be from 12-3pm. This is our main ladies event. Tickets are required. Our theme this year is “International” to celebrate how we are all connected through our faith and the Knights- no matter where we are in the world! 

At the luncheon, we will also be hosting (Non profit). We hope to raise some money to help them by having a raffle and a 50/50 drawing. If you would like to participate- please make sure to bring some cash with you! It is not required- but if you would like to donate a basket for our raffle, it is appreciated. You can make up your own theme. Movie night, beach, wine party, etc.  The possibilities are endless. All money  raised will go to the (non-profit)  

We will also get together on Friday afternoon in the Ladies Gathering Place- located in the Conway room- while the men are in meetings. We usually have some games and also just gather to meet new friends and get to know each other! Everyone is welcome and encouraged to come. Join us for a planned group craft at 1pm.  If you make a basket for the raffle- you can drop it off in the ladies gathering room. 

We do get a lot of questions from ladies about what to wear- don’t stress. When in doubt- Church/business appropriate is always a great way to go! If you are one who likes a little fun- dressing with the theme at the luncheons is also acceptable. If you are attending the Banquet on Saturday night the dress is more formal. With most women wearing cocktail dresses or gowns. (again, check to make sure your husband remembered to get you a ticket- if he is attending)
