If you have logged in previously, the most common case is that you changed your password. Passwords are sensitive to both case and punctuation.
The system is sensitive to attacks. After five failed login attempts, your account is blocked (plus your computer is blocked) and no further access is allowed for between 1 and 6 hours. Call or email your administrator and have him unblock your account, or request a new password from the system.
If this is your first attempt to login, verify that your member number is correct (do not type in any leading zeros) and that password you enter is your first name, followed by a space, followed by your last name, all lowercase.
If you are a new Knight, or have recently transferred to Florida, check with your Financial Secretary to insure that your application has been processed.
