Every Year on the last weekend of January between the Feast Day of St. Francis de Sales and St. John Bosco, Salesians from around the country travel to Tampa, Florida to celebrate their founder, “Don” John Bosco, and worship with the local parish community of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church and the Families and Alumni of the one-time Catholic School and Boy’s orphanage.

On Dec. 31, 2017 - Council 15619 participated in the dedication of a new statue honoring the Holy Family, at Holy Name of Jesus Church in West Palm Beach, FL. During the dedication of this statue, which was funded by the council, participants read aloud the prayer of consecration to the Holy Family distributed by the Knights of Columbus.

Council Tootsie Roll Fundraising proceeds presented to the Special Olympic Bowling Team who are going to the Florida State Games. Florida Knights of Columbus State Special Olympics Chairman and Our Lady of the Angels Council #13341 member, Christopher Treston gave a check from Council #13341 - Lakewood Ranch, FL for $4000.

Color Corps Commander Tim, Please pass on to Commanders St. Michael, St. James and Fr.Felix On Sunday, January 7th, 2018 at 11:30 AM, Bishop Gregory Parkes will be celebrating Mass at the Church to commemorate the first decade of the Parish. Pastor Monsignor Dennis Hughes has requested that the Fourth Degree Color Corp participate in this glorious commemoration. Swords will NOT be Draw! The Church is located at 12747 Interlaken Rd., Trinity. A room will be provided for Sir Knights to change into their regalia. Please plan to arrive no later than 11:00 AM. requested that all Sir Knights planning to attend to please notify SK Bob Poll (pollbob77@gmail.com or 401-241-7461) so that proper arrangements can be planned. Additional information will be sent as arrangements are finalized.
